By downloading or using the SGNL.fm app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Welcome Offer

To access SGNL.fm, you are required to register an account using your Apple ID. This ensures secure authentication and cross-device synchronization.

48-Hour Premium Pass

Upon successfully creating a new account, you will automatically receive a complimentary 48-hour access pass to all Premium features (Focus, Energy, and Zen channels). No payment is required for this initial period.

Once the 48-hour period expires, access to Premium content will be locked, and you will be required to purchase a subscription to continue using the service.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

SGNL.fm offers auto-renewing subscriptions to provide continuous access to our generative audio engine.

Free Trial (Annual Plan)

The Annual Subscription plan may come with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the annual subscription price.

Billing Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All audio content, soundscapes, visual interfaces, and code generated or displayed by SGNL.fm are the exclusive property of Shadow Tech Pte. Ltd.

Strict Usage Restrictions:

  • No Downloading: You may not attempt to download, rip, or capture the audio stream.
  • No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, broadcast, sell, or license the audio content to third parties.
  • Personal Use Only: The service is granted to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Medical Disclaimer

SGNL.fm provides audio for focus, relaxation, and motivation. While our "Zen" channel is designed to aid relaxation, SGNL.fm is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition (including insomnia or anxiety). If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding the unauthorized distribution of our audio content. You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings.
